8) I sometimes feel there's too much posts about plugins, and too often the same questions and answers over and over again, and too little about hardware stuff, like reading Computer Music. :hihi:

:x stop it...you have talent
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

Dean's extremely talented, and on top of that, a disciplined player. :tu::hail::tu:
You probably need to be, even more so in metal.
Personally I can't even dream of playing stuff like Dean's, let alone half that precise.

But hey, there are other role models. :hyper:

Hell, they played at Donington ...
Wish I could say that of myself.
Nice weekend,

We are all the same, i am no better or worse a player than everyone on here/just different style wise like we all are and taste wise like we all are.

Not!

I try to be ambivalent about personal style and taste but, well, who would pay that much for that?

+1 Gary my friend. I could build a totally decent little studio with that sort of money! Which is what i would definately do and pass on the guitar :-o
Some people really do have so much money to spare/spend on items it does fascinate me honestly sometimes on what they are willing to spend it on and everytime it beats me as to why

Thats what being a simple working class guy born and raised ingrains into one i think? Even if i was a rich man i doubt i would ever pay that for a guitar anyway  A totally stella Warmoth to anyone's exact spec wouldn't cost half that. Think it is all about Names/Brand exclusive smugness at work here rather than merely buying a guitar to play IMO/i could be wrong though mate

All the best and a good reality check that was :tu:

Absolutely, I'm sure I could go out and buy all the guitars I desire (decent tele, maybe a jazzmaster, 335-esque semi etc) for a couple of grand tops (not fussed about vintage or even brand). More than that and I'd start to feel indulgent, can think of a lot better uses for the money.

My sister is curious about this one---was it actually made from porcelin clay?!?!? :-o  Because if it was that would be one heavy weight guitar!!!! :help: :help:

I, right now, have that frankenstein thingee, a 1960's Baldwin Baby Bison guitar with the Jim Burns trem arm and a 1960's Gibson SG---those two are in storage--as my studio space is now all muggered up :x :x
