I also bought it :x

This is the last software I buy this year! :tantrum:
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

We released a new version of wavestate native today! (Bonus points if you have Check For Updates set to Automatic; you'll see a prompt to update next time you load the software.) Version 1.1.0 has a long list of improvements and bug-fixes, detailed here:
https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/a ... ease-notes

Some highlights:
  • Support for multiple simultaneous User Sample Banks, setting it free from the hardware version's storage limitations.
  • Sample start buffers are now loaded only as required, reducing both startup time and memory overhead.
  • Many small improvements to sound selection and modulation workflow - making life better, one feature at a time.
  • For macOS, a new Graphics Mode preference (in the Settings window) lets you switch between Core Graphics (best for ARM-based Macs) and Open GL (best for Intel Macs). The default is Core Graphics, so if you're using Intel hardware, switch it to Open GL for best performance.
Enjoy!

Hi , I've found that since updating Wavestate Native to 1.1.0 from 1.05 my filter envelope on a poly layer triggers inconsistently almost as if I'm playing in legato mono mode.
I've tried the same performance back on 1.05 and it works fine as it did before I updated, anyone else seeing this issue ?

Yes, seeing this issue here as well! Something's wrong with the way the filter envelope triggers. You can hear it clearly when you apply filter envelope modulation on the filter and then play notes in quick succession. Sometimes the filter envelope does not trigger at all, resulting in a closed filter (depending on your mod amount).

Yep I noticed this too, could not figure what was happening until I saw this post.

Has anyone reported it to korg support?
AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX, 32GB, 2TB Nvme

I let Dan Phillips know on Gearspace, He's says the he sees the problem too and is looking into it.

Post

I sent a bug report in too, hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

Korg support answered that they silently removed the WS native 1.1 update, will be released later again.

"I also confirmed that the issue you reported happens on 1.1.0, but not on 1.0.5. We have a fix for this and will have that out in the next day or so. Version 1.0.5 is the latest version available right now.

Best Regards

Hi all! Thanks for your patience, and extra thanks to those who reported the problem, which had snuck in just before release. We've just released the fix, in version 1.1.1. If Check for Updates is set to Check Automatically, you should receive a prompt the next time you launch wavestate native. You can also check manually, or use KORG Software Pass to update. Happy holidays!
