Umm, possibly dumb question. How do I change the skin back after trying one of the new ones? The skin menu doesn't seem to be there:

Not at all - thanks. I'm downloading it right now but the connection is as slow as molasses, about 20kB/s. On my side everything seems OK though.

Usually a right-click somewhere in the upper right corner area next to (not right on) the KV331 logo brings up a pop-up window with a list of options. Hope that helps.

For the betas server we're not using CDN (content delivery network), but for the live site we started doing that. We use GoDaddy for virtual server hosting, which is supposed to be pretty good networkwise.

Got everything installed but Reaper 5.51 (Win 8.1-64) 'Couldn't read the products metadata file' (SynthMasterProducts.xml) and crashed. I ran a search and couldn't find that file either in the SM folders under 'Documents' or the installation folders.

yes, dumb question. But you are not the first (I asked it myself ). It's right in the front of the manual.

if you could copy this file to

<synthmaster data folder>\Resources folder the error will go away.

Yep, WIN8.1-64.
I ran a search and couldn't find that file anywhere in the SM folders under 'Documents' or the installation folders.
