Hi guys!
Strange for a live-geek like me....but there's a bunch of "traditional-sequencing" ideas.

- Sometimes it's needed to change location of audio files used by Energy..so when Energy open it don't find the files anymore...a kind of "locate files" function would be useful

- Tempo and metric changes

- An edit tool to split a whole clip in equal slices based on the first cut...i.e. alt+shift+click..so if
i cut the first 1/8 the entire clip will be splitted in slices of 1/8 lenght

- Envelope tracks collected in one track, with a selection box...just as the midi cc/velocity lane..
the unique track should be related to the actual vst/vsti modulated...maybe the envelope tracks can be
sent to that unique track...this whole thing should be an option.

- Be able to see in the sequencer comp the splitted (left and right) in/out of all vst/vsti.
This is useful for all those sidechaining tricks..
i know this is doable outside the seqcomp....but the seqcomp is just a program in the program...it has freeze..etc....

- Plugin Delay Compensation

P.S.

Would be great to compile a list of all the features request and bug reports in a unique list on a monthly or weekly basis...so Jorgen can read it better and control if thing are already in his "to-do" list or not

I think gate-time in the mdicontroller would be cool

...as in stepsequensers.

I know there is the note length but controlling gate-time by the controller in the botton (like velocity) gives another feel

I think it woul be cool ...in the controller map object of the synth

that if I turn a button on the synth it would select that controller

...that would be much faster than searching for the cutoff, as there in many synth is so many controllers

for live perfomance its cool to map controllers real fast

simple request here

When assigning folders to eXT, it would be really nice to have a folder creation option in the file services window so you don't have to make the folder outside eXT in windows before you navigate to the place you want it.

does that make sense?

very minor point here, but it may be easier for ppl to find this thread against other wish lists if the thread header had < eXT > wish list so we can diffrentiate it from other company forums.

Random in Composer and in Preset Manager triggerable via Midi CC.

Oh in preset manager when i want to rndmize a lot of parameters exept i.e volume and envelope...it would be great to have a "randomize except selected" function.

Hey, someone in the eXT forum posted how to get different skins in different instances of eXT, ie: different skin for VSTi & VST, can someone PLEASE show me where that info's @? I was scanning the eXT forum last night for over an hour with no luck, I know I saw it a few days ago..

so many thanks for thoses who compile this:

1. i need bigger mixer (with a nice meter in db and the choice between Peak and RMS like Soundforge)

2. i need the ability to name a channel mixer (with stickers like Reason)

3. i need to know what delay is induce by a plugin
(like Pro Tools)

4. i need support for Waves plugins

5. i need count-in before rec

I want the option of a mixer channel strip on every channel, with an eq, compessor and gate (sidechainable of course). Along with a suite of general FX; distortion, delay, reverb, limiter etc, all better than Waves in simple usability and quality.
Extremely advanced midi editing features that include all functions found in traditional sequencers, only improved in ease of use.

Oh, and to be able to zoom out a bit more in the sequencer would be nice.

Maybe after the next couple of updates eh Jorgen?
