I just don't understand where the wavetable editor is.

1. Go to layer
2. Press the + to the left of the oscillator names to add other oscillator
3. In the dropdown, switch the type to Wavetable
4. Click the pencil in the wavetable display

But this means we cannot edit any included wavetables, correct??
As soon as I load a wavetable there is no editor anymore... sadly... turns this feature a bit useless...

FigBug Ok, thanks a lot, now I understand correctly. Listen, I wanted to ask you something. The Nexus wavetable editor only imports, right? Can't you then export a wavetable from there to use it on another VSTI like Avenger 2.0? I tried this editor for a moment. It's very fast and intuitive and I find it great. I would be very happy with editing wavetables and then importing them into Avenger 2.0, which are the only 2 VSTIs I use in all my productions, aside from the various hardware synths. Let me know, thanks a lot.

There is no export button, but the wavetables it creates are standard .wav files, so they should import into any other synth no issues. In the tree view on the left, right click on the wavetable you want to export, select "Reveal Wavetable" and then drag the .wav into another synth. They are 2048 sample cycles by default.

hi FigBug Sorry if I'm typing this wrong, but I'm from Italy and don't speak English very well. What I meant was that if I edit a wavetable in the Nexus 5's Wavetable Editor, was there a way to export the wavetable I created there to the Nexus 5 and then export it for use on Avenger 2?

Let me know, thanks a lot.

ok very very thanks FigBug, The only thing in the video that I think is Avenger 1, but since I have Avenger 2, I can't import it ( I tried importing it this simple way, but it doesn't load. ) , so just by moving it, I have to figure out how to do it. I know I'm obviously off topic and I'm talking about Avengers here which is Nexus, but since I use both I need to figure out how to do it. Anyway, thanks in the meantime.

Nexus 5, ok, wow. I never imagine it will become this powerful.

still hope there will be some randomizer option, like choosing a preset hit random and the samples etc. get randomzed :D

I'm loving the new Wavetable Editor. So easy and intuitive to use yet feature rich as well. I've already created a bunch of Wavetables and importing single cycle waves to build a table works perfectly. Importing WTs in .wav format created in other plugins also works well. :tu:

Is anyone getting pops and clicks when moving some knobs with your mouse? The clicks do not occur when the knob is modulated by an Env or LFO etc.

It might be something with my system here. It's been a little clicky since the last Windows 11 update. It had been clicky before then it went away now it's back. The only thing that has changed in that time period is plugin updates and Win 11 updates.

yes. this is correct. when i tried to pull up drum samples after getting nexus, none could be edited and none showed up in the sampler. very lame.

FigBug I'm sorry. Please consider adding the Nexus 4 skin. I'm very used to the usual convenient mode, where everything is easily accessible and quick to find presets.
