I don't think that's true, Core Audio was largely developed by Doug Wyatt's group - which was basically the core ex Opcode developers that were snatched up when Gibson bought the Opcode IP. Yes, Apple got them too

I have it, on good authority mind you, that the entire Camel Audio team is doing lines off a hooker's ass in Monaco, even as we speak.

Could we change the name of this thread? I avoided it because it reads like "Camel Audio isn't going to be offering sale prices" and it should read, "Camel Audio is going out of business." I totally avoided reading it because I didn't care much that they were not doing special pricing.

And they both then bought YAMAHA and sold it to Steinberg who bought Apple.
