Yep. It's all AI and they bill us. A couple of days later another reply appears saying:-

and a couple more days later

and each time I get that "very sorry" message the hours worked count goes up and therefore the support cost goes up. I can't stop it. It's like a broken record. Just keeps coming back telling me that there's nothing to tell me.
