Yep. It's all AI and they bill us. I posted asking them to close my account and quickly got the reply that my request would be:-

". . . forwarded to the relevant department and I'd hear back shortly."

A couple of days later another reply appears saying:-

" . . . very sorry for the delay. But the relevant department hasn't responded yet".

and a couple more days later

" . . . very sorry for the delay. But the relevant department hasn't responded yet".

and each time I get that "very sorry" message the hours worked count goes up and therefore the support cost goes up. I can't stop it. It's like a broken record. Just keeps coming back telling me that there's nothing to tell me.

I haven't been paid yet but I did receive a notification in the MyCommerce panel that tells me to contact them for my ownership data and registration information.
I completed the KYC on september 30th but after that I received more messages telling me to complete the KYC.
I don't know if I should redo this?

The KYC email request to me states "Important: The deadline for submitting this information is December 31, 2024."

It would be dishonest to withhold payment of debt incurred today on the basis of non-provision of information which DR have given me until December 31 to provide.

The KYC requests a digital image of my passport. I do not trust DR to securely store that image for decades into the future. Think what a scammer might do with that image even 20 years from now.

DR have multiple options to do their own due diligence to verify I am who I say I am. In my opinion KYC is vexatious nonsense.

When this email came i first thought it was scam. Then i tried to contact them to validate that it is not scam and received no answer. It took over one month to complete the KYC. They let me jump through hoops. In June i had to complete another KYC. Same shit again

Did anyone received August payment today ? September statement ? Today is the day

I have not received July payment

My ShareIt account is in non-active "Sign-Up" state because I deleted all the products from there. There are no contracts section (no active 'signed' agreements) and all the company and payout details are editable.

China, received 50K+, KYC before

Post

We have received payment notification email and July payment (10K+). In Korea.

We completed KYC OCT last year, through email and for 7 days.
In DR's last reply, they said that our KYC has been uploaded to their secure server. But we can't find it in the control panel.
We didn't take legal action, didn't refunds, and didn't close account.

Post

Got July payment. Outside of EU/US. No refunds, No support activity, No request to close account, less than 10k, last KYC more than 2 years ago.

No email, no money, non-EU, KYC in August

From what I read nobody has received the August period payment (which should be payed NOW based on the 60-days model), only the July period money. Today or tomorrow the statement for the September period should come in.

I agree that there could be no worse management than the one of DR, no worse communication. This Barry L. Kasoff might own a staple of "Certificates", but for sure none about communication skills. Merchants aren't leaving DR because of payment delays or additional fees, but because of lack of communication and complete uncertainty. The only thing Digital River had to do is to send an email to all merchants explaining the suituation and how EXACTLY it will go on, when payments for which period can be expected, etc. But they do NOTHING. They are completely silent, NO communication, not one single word, nothing. So more and more merchants are leaving.

Hey guys. I'm just curious. You all seem like a great crowd. I'd like to know more about y'all.

This is me

1. I code in C#. Office/Desk at home. No employees so work alone.
2. I sell a couple of small business/Office programs.
3. Quite small just maybe <100K per year.
4. Average order value <$300
5. Spend a lot of time out in the workshop working on my old car and walking the dog, a mini Schnauzer ie instead of coding

that's. me :) Who are you?

Actually I'm leaving because of payment delays, additional fees, payout threshold, and complete certainty. Back then was the same story with Plimus/BlueSnap.

No funds received, no emails, no payment report for September, and all our open support cases are on hold.

Regarding August payment we opened a "critical" case in the support center (so asking when the August period will be paied) - which was answered just 1,5 hours later like this:
Hi Team,

The expected date you will receive your August payment is within this day or up until tomorrow.

Please let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!
Sounds good - so let's see what happens today or tomorrow...

from https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1v6ckGhZ:
"My sources in the finance department of Digital River unfortunately confirm this information. Bankruptcy will be announced at the end of November. The company's management is paying out multimillion-dollar bonuses and settling debts with its major clients, such as Autodesk and Adobe. All the money from small merchants using MyCommerce has long been in Latin American banks. Goodbye, Digital River."

I have no idea how reliable that is.
Hm, maybe with the payments for july they want to stop people refunding orders?
Who knows, really hard to tell what to do.
