I'm sure Ben & Co are reading this thinking we're just a bunch of lunatics.

To be fair, they'd be right :hihi:

"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

i dont think that would fit into Bens 'low carbon footprint' ethos... but its a nice image

From the KVR interview in June 2013 with Ben Gillett:

"We're devoting all our efforts to Alchemy 2. As I mentioned above we're working on improving the quality and flexibility of the re-synthesis algorithms., amongst many other improvements. We're putting a huge amount of effort into every aspect of it not only on the programming side but also on the sample library and sound creation side. In terms of the man years of work going in, this will be the biggest product we've ever made."

Camel Audio offical thread locked and Im late to the party :(

Unbelievable, its for real them...camels got the hump and gone (sorry shouldnt skit)!!!

Gutted, was looking forward to the camel progresssion?!!?!?

Not reading 50 pages of speculation and shock (including mine).

Would have been nice to gotten a forward email before hearig second hand. Hope all people involved in CA are ok?

See they filed company account in December, wonder if they were second in line to City Link! Not a happy new year.

See how it pans out, such a quality product and catalogue, hopefully another 3rd party will take it on...maybe but can't see it happening.

Servers overloaded, glad I back up all my products and keys. All the fiasco with the new security and downloader end of last year appears quite unnecessary. Hindsight is wonderful, foresight is a business's dream.

Wonder if all the 3rd party soundbanks will eventually be a free for all? Would be a nice fair well rather than a sod off we're gone.

Not a lot to gain knowledge on the web yet....look forward to an official update

Apple have bought camel. I am honestly willing to bet my left eyebrow hair on it.
If you lose you shave it with pics as proof?
