Hey Debutante,
I just downloaded the fl 6.08 demo and it seemed to work fine here, The only thing I can think of is whether your cpu supports SSE extensions, I've had a google and can't find any definitive info about the AMD Athlon 2500, As far as I can tell late models supported it but earlier ones did not..
Have you tried an other of the SM entries, Anna or SANE FM? If they work the MASB should work too..
My Apologies for your troubles,
Sam

Thanks this solved the loading problem!mucoder wrote:travelquarterly, is the .NET 2.0 runtime installed on your system? That might explain why tonespace doesn't load. See www.mucoder.com/tonespace/setup.htm on how to get it

Are any of the entries not Synth Edit or Synth Maker creations?

I have just registered to download the Developer Challenge instruments.
The RAR folders and EXE files downloaded without problems, but the ZIP folders contained no files.
This means that I do not have Lunchbox Battles, Drive 5, uLoop, Repeatler, Five, Video VST, Pondular, Tonespace, Choralozoide, Cubix, MST VS-1000R, MASB Compressor, Anna, Triple Cheese, Zombie Fungus FX or Rezon8.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get them?
Also, the Balthor Grand RAR folder is corrupt, and the DLL file will nopt copy across.

Thanks for the reply! My configuration supports SSE and other Synthmaker creations work fine. I have been using synths by Angular Momentum, other effects that stefancrs put out this year, and even Anna works as it should. There was a free utility that gave this info for CPUs; I'll look for it and give my findings.sambean wrote:Hey Debutante,

pentium 4 intel /3Ghz and 1024mb of ram
host : fl studio 6.4
i experience some glitch with MASB compressor when changing presets
also with Buzzrizer when the peak meter rise its maximum (highest level and the meter is all red )
big crash
there is an overload in the cpu activity that imply a total cut in the sound , so we have to load the plugin again or simply disable it in order to still have some sound
edit : oh no it seems that it can happen in other cases
so maybe the developer should test his plugin in some extreme levels situations

Not sambeans fault actually, but a SynthMaker glitch. You get the same with Anna (but most likely worse there due to a higher amount of parameters to be set). This is something we will have to sort out within SynthMaker itself ofcourse.Vonbrucken wrote:pentium 4 intel /3Ghz and 1024mb of ram
