As you guys know I/we currently won't publicly comment on new products that 'might be' in development. Even if we leak/give away some information this won't happen at earliest till a product is close to betatesting. TruePianos was considered vaporware by many till it finally got released, even though it had been in betatesting for over a year upon it's release. So 'too early', 'sort of' announcements won't happen anymore. Should anybody claim we are working on product 'x' publicly, whether truth or not, we won't comment on it.
However if we would do a EP product it would have controls like Chorus/Reverb/etc and probably things like convolution engine. Anyhow an EP like product indeed shouldn't force a dry sound.
Regarding things like reverb. It's not unlikely to hit TP at v2.0 or earlier.
To avoid fueling further speculation, this was my last (and first ?) reply on a possible EP product from us in this thread.

If TP releases a modeled EP that is close to the quality of Velvet/Scarbee at an interesting price point....(and Roel, please take note...FX are critical to most of the EP sounds that people want..if you release a modeled EP that is bone dry with no FX...IMHO it will have limited appeal to many people that just wanna play and not have to worry about how to dial in the perfect supertramp sound.)
