Not really. I decided not to keep the old beta available after moving my other stuff mainly because it doesn't really represent the current state of the plugin anymore, and has several bugs which have been fixed ages ago (but unfortunately the code-base isn't in a state right now to make new public versions either).ThunderDrums wrote:Never heard of this before. Since Valo was originally written to be something much more simple that what people seemed to want, I eventually decided I'd need to rethink things a bit. While rethinking, I also wrote some other plugins (including Tila and 4L). From the point of view of getting Valo ready as fast as possible, that was probably the wrong decision. On the other hand, I've learned a huge number of things, and still have a desire to eventually finish a synth with (slightly extended) feature set of Valo. Plan is to get it back to the top of the list of priorities before the next year (this summer I've largely done some framework stuff to make maintenance of a number of plugins less time-consuming). How long the development will take, I'm not going to try to predict.
