SVX and Fender were the HUGE ones for me. Now we're applying the complete win that those are full of to the existing models in three of our products and combining it into one after adding a LOT of models. I think the upgrade isn't so bad considering that.

SVX and Fender are now still separate products which is understandable with their branded nature. As we move ahead, though, there may be some advancements in the total integration and how you get models into the whole shebang.

zero, you are SUCH the fanboi. Seriously. :-P Seriously, though, for real - you aren't shy about giving criticism where due and it is appreciated.

rip off.
While I am fully behind the call for "more AT titles owned = more upgrade discount", I have to point out here that $200 really isn't so bad when you consider that AmpliTube 3 adds more *new models* in every catagory than either Ampeg SVX or Jimi Hendrix Edition did. So it is like getting an upgrade to the entire line, plus a whole new edition.

i'll wait for the esoundz group buy. :)

The product has gone from 60 gear models in AT2 to 160 in AT3. It's not the pricetag of $200 that's wrong, it's the word "upgrade", because it doesn't even begin to cover it.

I could not agree more, SVX is truly amazing.

We already know about the advancements in integration and getting models into AmpliTube 3. After all,

But nothing so far really answers the question of whether or not my already registered and installed Ampeg SVX will show up inside AmpliTube 3 if I run out and buy it when it becomes available.

Yes, if installed and authorized, Fender and SVX will show up in AmpliTube 3.

Very, very, very nice work, guys. Impressive. Can't wait to sink my teeth into this juicy entree :D

Yeah, SVX and Fender are seamlessly integrated, there are separate submenus for them on any gear selection menu. Think X-GEAR minus the bar at the top. Installations of Hendrix and Metal are not detected, for obvious reasons.
