It's very cool of Vlad to help with this. I now have three gui's of L6. I still prefer the original or the older blue one Vlad made, but this one is very nice too. Good job by Vlad and EVN1!

Thanks but I find this a bit too dark, some text is hard to read.
My favourite is still the original which I REALLY like.
Are there any fixes in the new dark version which haven't been applied to the original version ?
If so, Vlad could you please release an update of the original with those fixes ?
Cheers

Great thanks !vladg wrote:I've added the latest denormal fixes in this build.Teksonik wrote:New red skin version looks great ! Did you also add the denormals fix ? It seems like the issue has been partially fixed in Orion....at least the idle CPU does not keep climbing until Orion's engine shuts down but idle CPU with the Mastering 1 preset and 4 x oversampling shows 37 % CPU usage (Q6600 32 Bit). Oddly enough when I do run audio thorough the master (a simple drum track) the CPU demand actually goes down a couple of points..........
Still seems to use a lot of CPU when idle............

1.0.2b (ENV1 skin) has these issues in REAPER 5.111 x64:
1. UI flickers and sometimes even disappears when resizing the FX window to a small size and scrolling
2. Short click/burst on activating/deactivating certain modes (like oversampling, clipper, protection mode, stereo mode) during playback

Wow! These are amazing, and really easy to set up! Personally, I went with the knobs b version, as I like the modern feel. Don't get me wrong, I judge plugins based on their features, but I'm a GUI kind of guy and a bad GUI can put me off using a plugin no matter how useful it is. This is one of the reasons why I had not really bothered to explore Limiter No. 6 much before now. However, with the new GUI I can easily navigate through the plugin. If you are not sure whether or not to get this skin. Get it. You will be rewarded. 10/10

@ThunderclapEDM: Thanks, glad you like it. If you want a bright alternative, check here. (Newer skin, same installation procedure.)
@Dandruff: Please report this to Vlad. Its not related to my images, so theres nothing i can do on my end.

I have no personal contact info, but i think if all else fails he should be reachable via Tokyo Dawn.
PS: The bumping of the thread reminded me that i meant to update the black skin with the improvements from the bi-colored skin:
- Glass overlays on displays
- Brightened, less saturated display color
- Unified knob-indicators
- Calibrated knob-indicator values
- Bigger antialiased knob labels
- Cleaner textual-buttons in top row
Shouldnt be too much work, so maybe i can do this in the next few days...
