Not sure I get your point. The contents of the email are reflected on the crysonic.com website, which has existed as a domain for ten years. The wbsite points to their twitter feed which goes back years. Both the website and the twitter page have exactly the same offer as the email, and if you actually check this thread , someone has confirmed that the paypal account from the email matched the paypal account for the site.

Oh, I stand corrected then... a few months ago. when I last purchased their bundle, it was still a totally different e-mail adress... but what do you mean when you say that the Website has exactly the same offer? The Website says AAX/VST3 coming soon, while the e-mail says they are already available - not quite the same, I'd say... :?

Oh, FFS jens. Website, email address, twitter feed all consistent with crysonic being behind the emails of a scam, but you'll argue over a minor difference in the text of that scam email?
Because it cant be a scam, because 'coming soon' versus 'now available'. Makes sense.

Even while they actually manage to have different prices and end dates etc for the offer on the website and twitter feed, like you'd do when its all real and legit and organised and stuff.

No wonder you're bald wee bugger if you're prepared to ignore what's provable while you split hairs.

EDIT : changed the smilie, on account of jens' delicate sensibilities.

Not sure what the point of your ad hominem attack is, but whatever...

That's the recent newsletter... I don't think they ever used sendinblue before - and it calls the Company "Crysoniclabs" - never did before... and the E-Mail adress is:

crysoniclabs@gmail.com

Whereas you can here see the normal Crysonic adresses:

http://www.crysonic.com/about.html

For years, the money for Crysonic sales went to Tayfun Topcu - suddenly it does not anymore...

smells very fishy to me...

It does not matter either way...crysonics is now out of my system.

Pretty sure the email offers I've been receiving are legit. It did appear (when this last wave of increased spamming started) that he added yet another emailing service and did it by sending them his entire old customer list. Including addresses that had actually been removed. I know this because I have two separate email addresses on his lists and the one that hadn't gotten any Crysonic emails in years (since I had unsubscribed it) started getting emails but only from one of the two mailing services he seems to be using. The other account was getting two copies, one from each of the services. I was able to once again unsubscribe and that has seemed to work. And yes I have kept one account subscribed to his emailings.

I really would like 64 bit, non-CR copy protected versions of his plugins (bundles of which I've bought at least twice in the past 10 years). But I don't think this latest offer changes anything in that regard. The last time I asked (a year ago or so) he did reply and indicated that only a few of the plugins were actually now 64 bit, despite ad copy that indicated otherwise. This last round of messages very carefully excludes the 64 bit status of the older plugins and focuses mostly on the copy protection issue. His previous copy protection was just a huge pain requiring you request codes via email and would only allow a code for the 64 bit or 32 bit versions of some plugins, but not both.

As far as updates are concerned it didn't matter really since he never fixed a single issue really. He could promise all the updates for free for life since there weren't any.

Exactly. Year after year, time after time this guy has been doing shady business with wonky deals, broken promises, failed updates, etc etc and now it's someone else to blame ? :dog:

What bothers me is that for example you have to be careful to put the right smiley in a post so as not to offend a fellow member but this guy has been duping KVR members for years and not one thing has ever been done to him..........

Anyway it simply goes on and on...........

I'm pretty sure he doesn't post here any more and hasn't for a long, long, long time. I'm not sure what exactly KVR could do to someone that doesn't actually use the site.
