Thanks - this is nice but two slight problems. Firstly the right click menu seems sluggish on my old PC - I think it might be due to the slight transparency - is there a way to turn that off?

Second - no biggy but for some reason the size of the master out means it always loads at startup half off the bottom of the screen.

yes, but afaik it isn't part of the skin-file

I removed all temporary links from my site and gave it a more permanent place at the official eXT resourse page here.

I know about the size 'problem'. On startup eXT doesn't seem to read icon size but instead rely upon a default size (I may be totally wrong about it, I'm no programmer) so I think this is something that only jorgen can change.
Also I noticed the transparency but I never found the option to turn it down (or up). If it's part of the skin-file please tell me how to turn it off. I'm no expert at eXT, sorry.

To set the menu transparency, have a look at "Semi-transparent Menus" in the Commands Guide

Actually this is only affecting the standalone - the plugin version opens the right size for the icons.
