It won't work if you haven't installed a demo license, which you can get on the website. Only current users or people with a demo license can run the above beta.

Sorry zvenx, I see you've just replied similarly. Thanks!

Thanks fellows, that would explain it....no, haven't asked for the demo license but I guess I must now.

Hi,

Another tiny update here: https://dmgaudio.com/publicbeta/TrackComp%20v1.01/
fixes an issue with the 2A when used with long audio buffers that could cause slightly wonky compression.

I sent some issues I have with volume bursts to tech at dmgaudio dot com, is that the right address for this?

Testing the last beta.. 76D, 'zippering' strange compression still present with all buttons mode.
Q bias is changing the volume quite significantly (especially lowering volume with negative values)

This new 76D is also a CPU hog! .. if the the DMG model takes 0.3% tops, the 76D takes 1.5-1.6% (I remember it taking about 0.4-0.5%)

I think it's more old folks ;) I think "the youth" use other social media to get away from the old folks ;-)

The G-Bus model is absolute magic on drums!

Just been building up some loops here with G-bus on eack individual hit. Starting outside the hardware ranges with fast attack and very slow releases. Then just honing in on the sweet spot is bringing big smiles to my face :D . You can get away with large gain reductions smoothly aswell!

Loving these extended parameter ranges..long release times are working very well!

Fantastic work Dave! :tu:

Agreed, I spent a good time A/B this and the UAD G Bus which was on my wishlist for a few months. At the end of it I was happy to remove it from my uaudio wish list.
