Ok, cool. If you installed Beta previously, have you uninstalled it before installing the full version? If you still have Beta on your computer, I suggest uninstalling it. Meanwhile, I've forwarded your concern to our devs.

k. I had previously forgot to uninstall the demo. So I did that now and it's still not recalling presets. If your guys can't duplicate it then maybe I just need to wipe the registry and install the full version from scratch. But I can wait however long it takes . -thanks

Also no privacy policy, no legal information, etc. And 2 minutes after purchasing I get what my email provider categorizes as spam (from ofd.ru, whatever that is) in unreadable Russian wiggle text into an otherwise pristine and spam-free mailbox. Hm. I get it that Russia isn't part of the EU, but still, this is one of the worst surprises I spent my money on in a long time. Please do something about this sub par experience, I don't even want to run and authorise the plugin after this.

If you run out of authorisations - you just email Mercuriall, and they reset them for you.
I don't know about the rest of your problems...

Thank you for your feedback! Let me address your comments.
1. Activations - if you ever need more, just drop us a message. And we'll add more, no worries.
2. Privacy policy, legal information - things are rough at the moment, but that needs to be addressed, I agree.
3. Purchase email arrived into spam box? That needs to be looked at. Could you PM me a screenshot of that email?
There is one email in Russian that we are legally obliged to send (purchase confirmation details). Maybe it's the one.

We are still super small and trying to concentrate our energy on new products. Some areas get less attention, fact. We'll address them, please bear with us =)

You has been granted 5 (five) activations (equal to 5 permanent licences). You have used it - please, ask politely for more. There are no fools around give you unlimited amount of activations. For some downloadable products (eg. Celestion Impulses) there are limited amount of downloads not just for the sake of it. Think of it. In comparison, some iLok stuff comes only with 1 license etc.

Blame your not-so-smart categorization algos in your mail box. In fact, the more you will be dealing with Russian companies - the more your mailbox will be recognizing/clustering those letters as non-spam. Come on it doesn't hurt

Actually, this is invoice and according to Russian legislation it must be in Russian, so I am glad that Mercuriall is providing buyers with it as it means also that all taxes are paid.

That I don't know yet. Depends on how deep we want to go. Once we know what exactly will be in the update, you'll know! =) Easiest is to follow our FB page, for example.

That was a conscious design decision, as we wanted to show the most important controls right away without any need of mouse clicks to expand/collapse panels.
