I test it. The installer and activation works fine for me. I get a coupon for $50 off even though I owned 52 individual TR5 processors.

Wow. An actual useful post amidst all the usual entitlement and other nonsense.sl1200mk2 wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 2:50 am Space Delay in T-Racks 6 MAX instantly crashes Cubase 13 Pro (latest version) on Windows 11 Pro. Have there been any bugfixes for individual plugins going from 5 to 6 ? Can't seem to find any clear release notes.
Not sure if anything else out there is quite like Bass ONE or Pusher. I’ve got 1,000+ plugins installed on my rig and both of those do something nothing else does. Or at least do it in a unique way.SLiC wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 10:50 am Total Studio 5 MAX inc TR6 is the only way to go- probably in a BF sale! Getting closer this afternoon - it's now down to €150 ... perhaps the coupons are being slowly pieced together by squirrels.mcbpete wrote: Thu Sep 05, 2024 8:40 pm I have *everything* from TR5 Max v2 Ultra XL deluxe special edition .3.4.mega and my amazing offer is .... €200Well done everyone, great job as always over in IK-land !
I’d have to load up Tonex and see how they compare, I don’t recall tonex having a bad spring reverb though.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 4:13 pm I hope the springs are better than the ones in ToneX. If yes, Peter, please find a way to incorporate those in ToneX. The ToneX springs are definitely a weak point.
To me, the best "drippy, surf guitar" spring reverb plugins are the Fuse Audio V-Rev63 (the one that looks like a Fender tank, not their 666 model) and the Mixwave Benson Tall Bird. Give those a try if you haven't yet. I've tried the others (own an H90 also) and don't rate them for use on guitar. But the V-Rev63 and Tall Bird are not too far off from my amp springs or my Surfy Bear unit.SoftSynthLover99 wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 4:34 pmI’d have to load up Tonex and see how they compare, I don’t recall tonex having a bad spring reverb though.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 4:13 pm I hope the springs are better than the ones in ToneX. The Dual Spring plugin seems to be more inline with UAD AKG BX20 and Klanghelms spring reverb in terms of quality and sound IMO. Not a fan of many other brands spring reverbs, I usually stick with UA, Klanghelms or the algorithm in my Eventide H90. Didn’t like the waves magma springs, u-he one etc.
Oh cool yeah always liked Fuse Audio stuff, will have to give those a try for sure. Real amp springs are def hard to beat I always use mine when I can, but I was able to get really close with my H90.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 4:48 pmTo me, the best "drippy, surf guitar" spring reverb plugins are the Fuse Audio V-Rev63 (the one that looks like a Fender tank, not their 666 model) and the Mixwave Benson Tall Bird. That's good to know, thanks. Hopefully T6 will be in TS5 soon (and a nice BF sale in November) to tip me over. I never upgrade individual programs that come with TS MAX as I know I will update that at some point and get it anyway...this is actually the first thing for quite a while that makes me want to upgrade TS!SoftSynthLover99 wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 4:25 pmNot sure if anything else out there is quite like Bass ONE or Pusher. Wavesfactory Spectre is similar to Pusher, but you get some extra control with Pusher. Outside of Spectre I don’t think many other plugins do the harmonic saturation thing well or at all.
I skipped the last few T-Racks updates, so for me this is the best IK has done with t-racks in a long while. They seem to have really put a lot of work into the update, so I gotta give them credit even though I have not been the biggest fan of them in recent years.
If you have an H90 preset you can export and share via PM, I'd love to check it out. I've had mixed results.
Space Delay working well here in Cubase 13.0.40.dionenoid wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 12:40 pmWow. Did the T-Racks 5 version work well for you ? I'm on C13 but never used Space Delay except for the version inside MixBox.
I do use a bunch of other T-Racks 5 plugins tho, they all seem to work well, except Master Match which can crash both Cubase or Wavelab when loading reference tracks. Known issue, never fixed. Is that working well in the new version ?
+1 in regards to V-Rev63 - but also don't forget PSP Springbox.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Fri Sep 06, 2024 4:48 pmTo me, the best "drippy, surf guitar" spring reverb plugins are the Fuse Audio V-Rev63 (the one that looks like a Fender tank, not their 666 model) and the Mixwave Benson Tall Bird.
