I'm not saying MJ isn't totally warped or whatever. But still, probably he cannot be held responsible for what he did, most likely due to his own questionable experiences during his childhood.
IMO the truly guilty persons are the parents of the boys in question. Most of them could've known what MJ was like.
And mind you, I wouldn't let my hypothetical kids share beds with 40+ year old strangers either.
But still, there's NO reason why Jackson should go into jail or be charged in whatever manner. And there's no legal justification either.
He should however see a psychiatre for sure. But that should've happened 30 years ago allready.

putte, there is a lot of love around but there is also a lot of sick mother f**kers. maybe MJ was a good guy like you would be...but that still doesn't change the fact that more times than not things turn for the worse in situations like those.
