The funny thing for us is, they sent us a letter in which they insist that we had cancelled our contract. We'd been scratching our heads about this, as we did no such thing.

Got report for Sep sales, and it is without "balance", like everything for past period was already paid up, including August.
No payment notification email yet, no money.

Question for those who passed the KYC. How did the verification process take place? What documents did you have to provide?

I filled it out as soon as I could, I think I submitted it the day after we received it. I don't recall exactly which documents but it was photo ID, some photo of bank statements and I did submit a sales report (which essentially came from MyCommerce) which the form said was optional but I attached that anyway. We did get the July payment a few days ago.

Edit: there was never any feedback if it was accepted or not, but since we got the payment I assume it was

I passed verification a year ago and provided the following documents: Due Diligence Form, Photo ID, Bank statement, and Voice Verification. Based on their new policy, I will have to pass KYC in a year. Therefore, I am concerned about what documents are needed there and whether they will continue to work with individual entrepreneurs.

I got payment for July and a report for September. I want to hope that the company is still afloat and not going bankrupt. Apparently, the problems were related to sanctions and account blocking, and they themselves did not know what would happen next. Their AI did not understand that not responding to messages is perceived by merchants more painfully than delayed payments. This is a lesson for us, too. We should always have another backup payment gateway ready.

Sure, once it reached Register it got more visibility. But that Register article is anyway 100x more visible than this forum. It wouldn't make much sense to silence anyone in particular here.

What's your story? Did you pass KYC, from which country you're coming from?

No payment since july. Did not do refunds (yet). September reporting just came through.

Did not fill out KYC until a few days ago in the hopes that might help somehow. There was a support reaction asking about an old residential address they still had in their system. So it feels like maybe there are still humans looking at this. But general communication just feels like talking to bots.

Single person company. Have been using DR for over 20 years when they were still ShareIT. Having family/medical problems lead me to a very slow reaction time. Had payments processed into mid/late october. Most of my income goes through this. So this hurts.

...and requested termination of our agreement before October 16th

Upon terminating the account they hold the owed money for 180 days. Several who terminated their account reported this. Since you say the login view has changed they may have terminated the account already without notification in the support center.

I did get the July and August sales reports on the expected days too.

The attorney of a person on this forum had an appointment with a judge for yesterday. When I just asked about results I heard back they postponed it "due to recent events".

I guess they have a complete chaos - filed KYCs, not files KYCs, KYCs still in progress/validation, blocked money, free money, Digital River Gemramy GmbH, Digital River Ireland, Digital River USA, Digital River UK, each their own chaos, new contracts, missing employees for certain tasks because of massive layoffs, new CEO, fired other board members, hanging lawsuits -

Only problem is, they can't. They themselves provide formulas as to how much they can hold back, and it's typically a fraction of the money owed, based on the vendor's history of chargebacks. While they don't provide that formula in their non-binding MSA (but in the contract we really have with them), they also do not provide information about any change in the formula.
