we are not against this payment model. But at the moment there is so much to do for release, that this lies in the distant future

At first, I have the same question as yours. But after reading that many tutorial/demo of Avenger, I decided to buy it once it released.

I've demo'ed rapid and it is pretty good. But if it compares the features to avenger... Avenger is surely a more mature product. I think at least version 1.2 of Rapid can even come close.
