Anyone else having a hard time downloading Variety of Sound's ThrillseekerLA? I've tried and tried, but can never connect.
I was able to download just about all of the other plugs as they have been updated to 64 bit.

Anyone know who made the free Butterworth HPF that was in Audacity? I used it a looooong time ago and have NEVER found another that sounded as sweet as that one. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure but it could be Christian Budde, because he had a plugin with the exact name and it was open source. This is his old page on Internet Archive, it's the second entry:
