thats also the bit that had me hooked when watching the videos way back when

there are other reasons for effects in the case, triggers between modules keeping delays in time, or if you want to get mental, delaying cv signals

Just nabbed one of these second-hand (almost mint and with apparently £40 plug adaptor included - although Gawd knows why it's a £40 adapter...) for £190.

(I saw another couple of KVR members chatting about it recently and I was intrigued...)

Looks like a plasticky, sound-mangling bit of fun for a fairly cheap price

Nice one. Ive just being using mine with rechargable AAs for now, but I do have a couple of those universal power adaptors which work.

Now I need to sell my standard Pro 3.

I’ve gone back and forth a million times on the Virus Polar TI2. I’ve toyed with the idea of swapping it out for a desktop or even the 61-key version, but my gut keeps telling me to just keep it. It’s just such a sexy looking synth

I'm in hibernation mode for the time being. Gonna make myself get to know the UBXa before I splash on anything else, and going away on holiday again so don't have time for toys.

But...I definitely have a list. MS5 (September hopefully). Proton (f**k knows when). Then have to decide which of PWM Malevolent or Mantis...probably end up getting both I suspect as I just can't make my mind up. Will have to buy from UK it seems which could take bloody months to get here

Nice, I love the package that the Pro 3 is. I can't remember that I got it as an upgrade to a Little Phatty because it doesn't compair as a synth. I was thinking it was my current bottom-level synth, but that's just because I don't like the knobs and wonder why it isn't just a desktop module. I can't sell it though, I have made some great custom patches for it.

What's the deal ordering from UK or Europe to NZ? Is there always tax added, or do somethings arrive without a tax bill?

I want to order a dreadbox nymphes, but its quite a bit more in NZ than from say Thomanm, even including shipping. (North to South island shipping seems to be as much as from Germany...!!)

Thanks! It looks so much nicer in real life than the standard version, and the flip up console makes it much more ergonomic!
