Problems like those need to be reported to Support or they won't likely get fixed. If anybody has these problems, please do so... I will contact the YouTube video person to request the same thing. We listen, we respond to issues, but the best way to make that expedient is through the appropriate support channels. Thanks!

It is my Roland-Ready Strat with a Tonerider Pure Vintage set in it through the Twang Reverb in Guitar Rig 4 with just a touch of screamer and a bit of delay from ReaDelay in Reaper. Unfortunately, I don't have Amplitude 3. Maybe someday!zedd wrote:Thanks for posting. Just out of curiosity, what is that strat going through? It does sound good.2ndStringer wrote:The guitar is my strat through a non-IK product (sorry).

Squids,
Could you give a bit of a recap of the "rights, privileges, and benefits" of joining this group buy multiple times? I am currently in for one and will likely go a second round. I know a number of people already have done so. There is just too much to pass up in this GB. Nonetheless, it is not completely clear (and I understand that it is a moving target anyways) what we get with a second or third purchase. My current understanding is that the second purchase just doubles up on the number of sound packs we get from IK. However, you have mentioned additional sound packs from esoundz. Also, since a full SampleTank license comes with each purchase, what is the "status" of the second (or third, etc.) one. Could you clarify this?
Thanks for putting this all together.

Is it possible to use my epointz on this group buy on esoundz? Since it's a digital delivery it should be, but I can't use them when checking out...

These are actually IK products. SR creates products for other companies too. epointz are (generally speaking) for downloadable SR (esoundz) products.t-willy wrote:if you have any jam points at IK, those CAN be used - just FYI.

Well... I have decided to join again...
But I need a couple of confirmations from Squids (or any other authorized personnel):
(1) Is Omnisynth 2 a unique sound set with instruments not found in any other product... or does it contain rather the best of instruments from Sonik Synth 2 and other sources?
(2) Is the Seventies Retro Grooves title with or without slices? It mentions Slices in the "Type" listing, but is the only title which doesn't mention "Slice Maps" in the Description. I got this title in a Group Buy a couple of years ago (and think it is awesome). There were no slices at that time, and I requested that you create a sliced version of the product. I will happily buy it again if it now includes the slices because those loops are really fantastic.
I have all the RAW packs, but decided that it would be smart to also have the SampleTank "Slice Map" (aka ReTank) versions.

Some best of, some new. But not ALL new instruments not found in other things. Still worth having at this price even if you have SS2 though.

No I don't think it has the slices this time - same as that original pack plus I believe we included the Groove Capsule loops in it as well. There are some really good ones in there.
3) I have all the RAW packs, but decided that it would be smart to also have the SampleTank "Slice Map" (aka ReTank) versions.
At this price you might as well. Being able to manipulate each slice with the full synth engine is pretty powerful. You have total control over fade ins and ours with the envelope, you can mess around with levels and velocity per slice for different FEEL with the associated midi grooves OR you can just PLAY the slices which I like to do... sort of a different animal and since there is no REX IMPORT in SampleTank this is really convenient.

Thanks Squidly.
Please slice up this product!!!
Okay, good to know. Allow me to put in another request for slicing these retro grooves for the future. Many of my FAVORITE drum loops of all time are in this collection, and I would love to be able to play the slices in either Stylus RMX or in SampleTank.Squids wrote:No I don't think it has the slices this time - same as that original pack plus I believe we included the Groove Capsule loops in it as well.
