nah, just paste the whole link in your browser, bro...mztk wrote:yeah jimi, you Ace'd the Space. will have a look for the kuniox oldies.
not seen that falkelab arp thing. and i'm flunking webarchive classes again this
term...clueless. i copy what's between the asterisks, right, and paste it OVER
the http//: prefix, right?
that's all i do.
all the stuff in the last few pages came from that blackstone studio page i posted...was too lazy to REAlly spelunk it, but still turned up some new things i think.
the secret to the web archive is if ya get a 404, or whatever, just back it up to the domain...
say....http://killer-ass-vst.com/jizzyerbritches.rar comes up as 404, then shorten it to the domain...
say, http://killer-ass-vst.com
then add a / and a bunch of nonsense...
so like, http://killer-ass-vst.com/dsfghuj
put THAT in the archive, and it'll tell ya the page isn't found...and then (usually) offers to show you ALL the pages archived for the domain.
then ya put on your hardhat, and dive in and see what ya find!!!
and if you're lucky, you'll find that rare jizzyerbritches.dll on killer-ass-vst.com...
with me?
there's a few other tricks...but that one will get ya past most of the robots!!
and there's a LOT more robots these days than there were, as this thread grows..
