So last day of intro (if it not get expanded like in 99% of all sales and intros ever).
I bet its super great but I could not spend the time I wanted to try to create my own presets and the presets in the demo did not convince me enough, so I guess I pass and see how it evolves in the next months.

I still can't believe in the weeks since this has been released the demo has not been updated to be more similar to the released version.

I didn't know there was a difference.

Not huge afaik.
Of course the obvious one I believe is that they are is it 200 presets in the final vs 60 in the demo.
But they were some (minor) gui changes. Maybe some bug fixes too?
The demo is 0.9.9 version I believe.

Mmhh, I think I have to play with it this evening for a final decision. I mean I think this has awesome potential and even just changing envelopes makes a huge different here with some default presets. That it can load .tun files is a big plus as well.
This and Vital are really the only 2 synths which looks interesting. Vital is free but I would like to buy the pro version. But then if the price of Plasmonic goes up 50% (which is def. too much for me right now) I might end up buying it in the last minute.
I mean I cannot do much other than working (I am thankful that I am still allowed to work), watching pay TV and playing with my M1 MacBook and music tools.

Yes, mostly minor graphics changes on PC, thart sort of things AFAIK

Hi, is there a quick way for you to be able to tell me how many of the final 200 presets are from arovane and how many from biomechanoid please?

Thanks

No easy way... I would say approximately 20 to 25 of each...

There is no means to search by author... by a quick scan I would say 20 from arovane and 30 from bio

Thanks much appreciated @p1afff and @pdxindy.

O.k. I just bought it to support this kind of instrument and hopefully I will not regret it.
Their server is a joke, 1kb/s... :x Not a great start.
Edit: Even hangs. Well, really not a good start here.

Interesting. I have downloaded the demo maybe four times, as recently as two hours ago.
Assuming it comes from the same source, I didn't have download issues.

Yes, download the demo was a second for me and i have a very fast net. But the link they send me to download the 50MB is a joke. At best 1 kb/s creeping along with complete stop sometimes.
So first step after payment is asking for a working download link. I already begin to regret it, lol.

lol. oh dear
(you may not be aware of it, but you are my last temptation to get it today) :-)

Everything I hear from this (which hasn't been a ton) sounds like weird alien sounds that seem suitable for psychedelic or new age music. I remember liking abssynth back in the day so I want to like this. And I like collecting vst synths. Are there any preset demos or songs someone can link to that feature more than just alien string plucks?
