Hi Scoops, I must say your idea for natural reverb is useless IMO.
I've tried it and all I get is a cathedral type of reverb; is there a way to adjust damping and/or eleminate early reflections ?

BTW on the giveawayoftheday-site you can get a midi to mp3/wav converter for free today !

Max,

As your behavioral characteristics similate one of the cloth, I can understand why you only get a cathedral reverb. Damping can occur with said cloth, and reflection can be controled by the angle you hold the microphone and/or the speaker to each of the appropriate ears.

Oh wow Darem.....i just finished creating my site in photoshop to be sent for coding and the layout is practically identical to your site. I should have just sent a link to your site and save myself days of working on this computer!
I like the idea where no matter what section you click on, it appears in the same page. So the overall look of the site is static; not enough sites do this IMO.

Man thats too bad cause that's a lovely version. Guitar is cool, except for an occasional out of tune note.

Hah - thanks, I guess. I was just trying to make a pretty version of that song, and I did actually come up with a couple of new techniques and strategies for mixing that I found useful (and the mix doesn't really super suck in this one I think), but it's not that exciting either, so I'm OK starting over. I won't do file1 or file3 again though.

Farlukar - Remote commander : I like this one, good sounds.

lubi - In the chambers at night : Another good one; I love the little goodies of course.

Patrick9 - Barrelhouse : Amazing what the absence of the wife and a midi file in the hands of an old fox can provoke !

hellbilly - Pollyanna : Hell ! This is going to be probably the toughest month IMO; another well inspired song !

echovoodoo - Apolkalist now : I hope you clean up the mess, before your wife's coming home... What a party was that !?

gag3 - 9-11 rollout : Let me put it this way : 9-11 is the date of the craziest fiesta of all the Canarian islands and it happens in the village where I live. Your interpretation makes me feel a bit sad, so I guess it "did the trick"...

Hehe, not out of tune, there were just a couple of notes in that solo just slightly off, nothing big, just typical me noticing all the small unimportant stuff

If I remember correctly, there was a make of organ out there that had an oil filled chamber that they used for for the reverb tank. Hmmmm.....maybe that's where the term came from.

He he he. I did a science project like you explained above, when I was in grade school.

Max, you really have a way of making your music sound great. I don't know if I've told you this enough. Your songs always sound awesome. They're not all awesome songs, like this one, but they all SOUND great.
