Well hey, yeah, I'm not against your point ok, and I understand your desire to remind Jorgen a bit of this problem. And yes, if you haven't contacted the support email, I recommend you do! I don't know if you will get a response, but you can at least try. If no response within a week, maybe a friendly reminder to him again wouuld help? The best thing to do would be find other people who also have this problem. Ask them to use it in the same way you are to see if they can replicate the problem. As long as they own the necessary software, even if they don't use it the same way as you, they would be able to test it and see.
Does the forum over on the energyXT page itself still exist? You could try posting there, and if you already have, try again! In that way, you are still reminding him a bit, but not all in one place, which means you're more likely to get attention, and less likely to .. well .. aggravate some users here, there, etc... You know?
Anyway I will leave that with you. I hope your problem gets fixed, that really sounds sucky and I agree with you that any arguments about "accept what XT is and/or was" or that "it's cheap so don't expect so much" don't apply to you in the least, as you bought it to do something it should be doing, but isn't.
I don't mean any offense by what I say; I don't want you to stop trying to remind Jorgen, perhaps from my view it is just a bit much in a short space of time.. Although, I'm pretty sure I'm guilty of that too.. But anyway, I might just cut my message short here now, people have read enough of my text recently.. ;)

Here's a problem I haven't had before: I've got a project using sfz playing an indian drumset soundfont, Xoxos' Steps doing some complimentary beats, and finally SE64 playing a bassline. Since I STILL CAN'T GET XT2 TO RECORD AUDIO(never did overcome that problem), the workaround has been to record loops into Sonar but when I try it with this project the only instrument that will play sounds is Steps. The other 2 instruments will not play any sounds at all. They are playing MIDI patterns while steps is a sample-sequencer so maybe this has something to do with it. The standalone version plays this project just fine and there's never been a problem rewire-ing into Sonar before. Any ideas?
