Thanks man. Now I can try this out.blurk wrote:I've just spotted this thread today. Thanks, Caco, for this reverb and the source.
I've built a couple OS X versions: a VST version (universal, for Tiger and higher) and an AU version (universal, Leopard and higher) using Magnus Lidström's Symbiosis library. Thanks Magnus!
I'm not sure why I couldn't build the AU for Tiger because I have another AU project that does build for Tiger, but I thought I'd at least get the Leopard build out there (bragging rights). I've tested these on Intel Macs running Tiger and Leopard.

There's already a plug in out there with that interface (well, actually based on that unit!): http://www.emptyroomsystems.com/thankyou wrote:how about something looking like the front of this EMT 250?

That's super-cool! Could you possibly turn 'mix' knob into 'wet/dry'?Caco wrote:Thanks for the offer Asseca, but there will be a version with a native GUI soon using Novaflash's graphics

I have now added Novaflash's GUI to MVerb

If you want a different GUI or you want to change the labels etc remember it is open source and all the images are included so feel free to change things around and just recompile it. All you need to do is swap the png images and change their co-ordinates. Easy as that
Blurk, do you fancy having a go doing a OSX version??
I also inverted the damping so increasing the damping reduces the frequency content of the echoes.
Let me know how you all get on with it

Just wondering if anyone else has problems with FLStudio recognising Mverb? It shows in the list , but when I try and open Mverb I get an error message saying something like "Problem opening Mverb , if this needs to be registered , make sure its installed properly" (something along those lines).
Unzipped and copied the Dll to my VST folder as I do with all other VSTs.
Just tried in Ableton too with no luck , similar situation , it shows in the list but will not load.
Shame it looks like a great reverb from all the reviews and comments in this thread , so thanks for your work even on the behalf of others if I have no luck loading it.
Running XP professionl SP3 1.73Ghz Pentium if that helps.
All the best

Codeblocks/Mingw using GCC 4.4.1. I purposely used this to ensure it would be portable across platforms as GCC is available for Windows, OSX and Linux.thankyou wrote:what program is used to compile?
Blurk has offered to update the OSX version when he gets some free time, thanks Blurk!!
Anyone want to have a go at doing a Linux version? It should compile pretty easy

Thx for the update, this is one nifty verb.
Still hoping it can modified so that it can be used freely in an insert chain, as now it will only through sound to some other plugs after it, others not.
