Just tried to run the AU in Maschine and the Granite GUI does not show up when trying to edit.
Plus with the latest beta I am unable to get any sound output even after configuring the Audio settings

Hi Everybody
As you know the public beta will expire in a few days. The first official build (1.17) is available to purchase, and also an OSX demo version is available to download at www.newsonicarts.com
Thanks to everyone for the very helpful testing and feedback!
In the last days some reports came through which will be investigated, but were are considered critical enough to extend the public beta. Also please note that Granite OSX is only officially available at 32bit at this stage, the 64bit version will be available to registered users in the next weeks.
Thanks
James

Sweet!! Gonna download the osx demo and give it a try, I already know I'm going to love that granular mangler!

Ok, downloaded the osx demo to try it and I'm not quite sure what's going on with it. Here: it's impossible for me to tweak any of the knobs (Pitch, Space, Speed, Density, etc, well all of them!). As soon as I click on them to move them and adjust them, the knob automatically goes to the minimum value and then stays there, it's impossible to drag and move it after that. What's up with that? Is it me doing something wrong or missing something here?? Cause I tried pretty much everything and no matter what I do, I just can't move any of the knobs, they all stick to the minimum value.
Bug, or I'm a dumb ass??
Tried the demo on OSX 10.6 with Ableton Live 8.

Not sure whats happening here, but are you clicking on the actual knob, rather than the outer ring (for modulation)?Neon Breath wrote:Cause I tried pretty much everything and no matter what I do, I just can't move any of the knobs, they all stick to the minimum value.

Yeah mate, its happening when I click on the actual knob. I retried again just to be sure and also carefully clicked pretty much all around it and in the knob itself, but nope it always goes to the minimum value and it's stuck there after that. I've also noticed that when I click the knob and it goes all the way to the minimum, the mouse cursor magically goes down under the plugin window. Weird.
No ones came across this bug in the tests? Damn, I really wanted to try this nice plugin and explore it!
Keep me (and us) updated in this thread if you find what's going on! Or if you make some changes and you want me to test it before releasing it, would be glad to help out
