thanks! i've updated the pack today (same download link), fixed some sounds - especially the SID lead preset. but i'll wait for the final release before making new sounds.

yeah i can, the knob demensions are 36 x 3492 PNG file with
97 frames in a vertical strip. lets see what K says.

As I stated earlier, I'm fine with customized skins as long as you make it obvious it's not the original version.

Actually dark flat green sounds good to me,

I get a kind of uneasy feeling with you guys hacking the dll. Seems disrespectful even though the Dev said he doesn't mind....still seems a bit rude......

I can see working with the Dev on the GUI but working around him seems wrong.........just my opinion......

I posted the color I would choose earlier in the thread but the point is that no color is going to please everyone which is why I suggested a system similar to Synth 1 where the user can choose the color that suites them best and I think karrikuh was considering implementing such a system.

no disrespect at all, I did mention in my post that the modified DLL would only leave my PC if K allowed it. I wouldn't feel right sharing it without his consent. I respect his hard work on this vst and only wish to contribute to its development.

Bebop don't like so much and Rebel, there is another Rebel2 from Klangformer.

Ok, I decided on a new name for Charlatan. It will be

"Berserk"

I think it fits the personality of the synth quite well. Unless someone convinces me that it's totally inappropriate, the new name will come into effect with the next release. Thread title will be changed accordingly.
