I have it on good authority that the sequal to Diva will be called Total Bitch

Roland system 100 (not 100m, those are different filters) are one of my faves.
I've had almost all the vintage analogs out there, and certainly each filter have his own signature, even in synths sharing the same IC (i.e CEM 3320).
-The OB8 is a great one but I like the Synthex one better.
-About diodes that sytem100 or a VCS3 filter would be wonderfull.
-The Roland and Korg flavours are covered ;)
-Regarding transistor ladder, try the moog modular filter, is not the same as the minimoog, different character and great sound!
-CS80 filter have its own signature too.
-Finally, a SSM2040 emulation will be great. The best would be a prophet5 emulation, but for the rev.2(SSM) not rev.3(CEM)
-For completing the lot, what about a steiner-parker filter? amazing having attenuators for the LP-BP-HP inputs(!) ;)

AND please, add audio inputs so we can use the wonderfull diva filters with external signals!!!

I own an SH-101 and it's sounds are not exactly covered by Diva - it has unique character shared by the other SH Rolands. I feel like Korg MS and Roland Juno are well covered. I would really jump for joy at a u-he tb-303. Audiorealism Bassline is very good, but I would love to throw quad core power at emulating the silver box.

Like 99.9% of humans, I have never even seen a System 100 in person. I remember reading that it was created in order to reproduce every sound found in nature.

Yes, I mean Roland polysynths... SH-101, MC202, SH3a and SH5 have a different flavour, can't speak for the SH09,SH7,2000,... since I never had those synths.
SH-101 and MC202 sounds very similar.

About the system 100 I think you are speaking for the System-100M (different beast, expandable modular but IMO not as good sounding as the sys-100)
The 100 is a small semimodular, one of my faves too, and the filter is really gorgeus. The Sh05 sound close to this filter. I had 2xsystem101 + 2x102 + 103 + 104 + speakers once

SH101 is just a CEM3340->IR3109. To the best of my knowledge, other than the MC-202, no other Roland SH series has a CEM VCO. Some of the MKS-80s do and I may be overlooking a couple of others, but, for the most part, the SH series stuff, like the System 100, was all some variant of roland diode ladder filters or BA662 based filters (like the IR3109). So, if they're all similar (as you say), and the Juno is covered, you can pretty much get close to the SH101 with one of the analog oscillators and the Juno filter.

Don't get me wrong, I really like the SH101, but it's because of it's great live features like the one-shot arp mode, the quick and dirty step sequencer, and the nicely arranged sliders. The filter is distinctly Roland BA-662 sounding though and I don't feel like it's that different from the Junos.

The System 100 stuff is all discrete semi-modular (UA726 based VCO, Discrete Diode Ladder, 3080 based VCA). I remember the first time I played out live I dragged my 102 along with my Arp 1613 and my 909. I was amazed at how the 909 kick sounded on a big system, but when I triggered the Arp, I thought that something broke and that I was hearing some huge 60hz hum; the 102 bass was off the charts.

ok.. i guess that i have not put any time into making Diva sound like a 101.. i will be satisfied when D16 L.U.S.H. finally surfaces.

besides my 303 suggestion - do we now have the ability in Diva to do like the Jupiter 8 or Sunsyn with multiple OSC per voice? i have never owned a multi OSC analog to know what they can do..

Diva is a bit of a eunuch soft synth

A real trans-gender queen so to speak...

I want to get a JP8 and an OB8 together as co-joined twins...

That's never really been possible before...

Well - not with this depth of modelling anyway...

Shut up, but ignore this if you are a bot

I notice a Diva magazine add today, and 'fun' is only mentioned in the micro
fine print at the bottom of the page. Fun sells, Diva is fun, so the ad should
be upgraded accordingly. :)

I think Harmor has one of those
Surely Glass Viper and Lazysnake have them :D
The difference is Harmor really does have a snake filter (and a "classic lowpass" that I guess is a ladder type) - and you can play both at once as it has 2 filters per layer:

plus various weird filter types that I have no idea what they mean

What do you think it does ?

Here I was thinking you were a MENSA cadidate...

Wormholes are for worms and the filter only lets the smart ones through

Interesting 'estas mensa?' in Spanish means 'are you dumb?" :-o I knew a cat as a kid named Mensa and she was incredibly stupid :P

Edit: Mexican Spanish that is, don't know about actual official Spanish.

No movement on the Snakes and Ladders board but you do get $200 since yousimultaneously also pass 'Go' on a Monopoly board elsewhere in the universe
