I also have extra licenses for the cool and funky little yellow t-racks compressor, the yellow EQ/meter suite/shell combo, and for the Fairchild pictured previously. Y'know, like If someone wanted to fill a niche and discover their style before investing too deeply in the tools and all suchlike.
how much would u be selling the license
PM'd a few minutes ago, thanks!

You can also have my cryq vintage parametric EQ if you like, Free of charge on the house.

Another vintage Equalizer. :D
 Quality and I used to watch it every week as a kid lying on the rug infornt of the old fire in our old, old house. Good times and great TV Series. They don't make em like that these days, Some stuff gets close but most is american rehashed tosh,

Or an IK to do an Edward Woodward (R.I.P) component modelled voice box (for iOS only of course)

ha yea when I "need" some new plugins I have a giant list of great things I did like waves pretty much in general.honestly I think they have come along way from when everything was seeming to be just a reboot of itself. but I just found the ik one to be the sound I liked ether way I would say that all of the recommendations are great tools. ether way waves is on my radar as far as having some super nice plugins that I "need". (cough want cough)

and just for some more debate (because its kvr) who do you guys think really has gotten analog modeling down or who is the closest.

and +1 for a Neve 33609 component level modelled blah, blah, blah...As long as it SOUNDS good and gives a good flavour/taste of the real deal then that is all that matters.

Im not an analogue hardware snob at all but I have used alot of the equipment which gets modelled/DSP based Plug-In emulations of. I'm not deluded enough (just yet) to say any of them touch the real deals and add in that the older stuff sounds really different unit to unit it really is impossible but like said I'm really happy to have the convience and ease of use along with a good flavour/taste of the real deals at home. Nor would having the space and funds to load up on more of the real deals do jack shit for my skills as an audio engineer or my mixing abilities

I like both analogue and digital and they work really well together.

I would not get rid of any of My analogue and other hardware gear even if they do eventually become spot-on because I am used to and have always been used to getting exactly what is needed/wanted at source and if/when that means using processing via Filtering/Equalization and any Dynamic Control post mic pre-amp but pre-ADC then I never hesitate. So both will always be used

Also I do not look at software emulations as direct replacements but rather another tool and in there own right. So only ballpark comparssions are of serious merit. Eddie Kramer doing an A/B test on a video with a Waves plug-in against one of His real deals and telling the camera he can not hear any difference. Power to Eddie Kramer, Digg the Kramer HLS, PIE & Master Tape processors but I ain't comparing them to anything to begin with other than do they sound good to me and add to what I already have? The answer was Yep, Naff all to do with E.Kramer's name on them

Just my £0.02p FWIW, Best to all as always :)

PS: Still have not found an ITB Amplifer Sim/Emu I'm totally happy with as a guitar player but I don't sweat it and its my main instrument/first love so an area where I'm pretty GAS happy on

yes I agree I dont have a bunch of hardware but the hardware I do have I love using. I would not get rid of them for a spot on plugin just because I love the turning of knobs and flipping of switches.
and as a guitar player I have to agree with you on the amp sim stuff some of it kicks ass at times but i am yet to really be able to get that tone that I spent years years years getting :D

Thanks! Let's just say that IK made a little license transfer money today. We're about even if you count jampoint conversion.

Interesting..
You have no idea how excited we are too, its hard to keep things under wraps sometimes...
well, I hope you fix the bug that I reported ages ago when 3.5 was released. Where, when you change the presets, the non-gui controls don't change at all. example: in xlutop chainer, or vst analyzer

PM Obi or Brian the ticket number that wasn't handled satisfactorily and they'll check it out with the Support Manager.

Coming next ? Input and output stage modeling for 76 and 2A ;) ?
