Got my refund.
All for the sake of a simple email asking me to wait a bit longer or actually sending me a download link.

Had no responses to my emails so had to open a PayPal Dispute.

He's clearly clever enough to create some useful and damn fine GUIs (which is rare) but knows nothing about customer relations.

I was quite prepared to be patient but no response after over a week is unacceptable in this day and age.

Prime Plonker Award for 2015 goes to Tayfun Topcu at Crysonic, or maybe me for falling for his marketing

I've been using their plugins for many years. The plugins sound very good to me, they are quite unique but also very very buggy to the extent that are mostly useless. I was hoping the new versions to fix the bugs...

Various emails to all the email addresses available (one of which one bounced back upgrades@crysonics.com).
Daily delivery of spam,, I mean pomotion.
No emails arrived in either junk or inbox (check all my mails daily using outlook, never deleted anything like this ever). Double checked android deleted folder just in case. 100% not received.
Paypal dispute after 2 weeks.

Response from seller via paypal usual bollocks:

31/12/2015 14:16 GMT - Seller: The product download information has already been sent, please check your inbox. The new plugins do not require activation. Due to the number of sales others had issues receiving the download links, so please allow a few days, thanks again!

Actually wonder if anyone got the goods!

I can only presume scam and a chancer that the amount was low enough for people not to reclaim or forget etc. Oh well nothing ventured nothing gained from both sides of the fence.

Btw.. somebody knows if "Tayfun Topcu" is the real name of this guy running this company? Maybe somebody knows more about this guy... Is he the coder of this plugins or has he hired some people for programming/design the algorithms?
It's only known that he sells since years dozens of (sometimes buggy) plugins for about $30 and many people had problems with licensing, support etc.

Its not even worth discussing anymore.

Many of us gave him a second chance, he blew it.

I will now actively advise people NOT to purchase these plugins.

At least anyone Googling Crysonic will come across these threads over the years and hopefully be dissuaded from buying anything.

This 'company' is more bent than FIFA, just not as savvy
