Only time will tell.

Edit: Replika is costing €49 now aint it, but that was free

While with Skanner, the paid version was later released as Skanner XT

Blocks is a much deeper product than Skanner though, so I would be amazed if there would appear a Blocks XT in january for sale
Blocks is already in Reaktor - the free modules were also part of the 1.1 Blocks update (plus a lot more).

Well, that blows my idea for the voucher (hadn't looked at any fine print yet).
+1, darned fine print, they got me on this again, same story last Christmas...

Sooner or later there is gonna be a half price sale on Reaktor 6, and also sooner or later K11 will need to appear

Yep

Nothing to see here for me, then. I will wait until K11 upgrade and get Reaktor 6.

And when Komplete 11 arrives, it is time to start waiting for Komplete 12

ZebraCM and Zebralette are excellent intros to Zebra.

Beatzille is even more important as an intro, for people
like me who have not studied modular patching.
If you really found it useless, you are far too advanced
in sound design to be fooling around with blocks :hihi:

Great synths in their own right too.

weird. I installed it and reactor 6 player, but it's not showing up in Logic at all. tried to reinstall, same "install successful" message and not there. looked in the Logic AU units validation manager, it's not even listed. when I went to throw out the installers, I saw an .iso file sitting there. no idea what that was for so that is sitting in the trash now as well.

It did load as a standalone app though and I can see the folder with the ensembles and stuff in it. is it 64 bit only? I'm still running in 32 bit as I don't want to lose a bunch of old plugs I still use.

Wow really? That's interesting to know. I didn't notice that when installing Reaktor 6 Player but I already have an aversion to 32-bit with NI stuff anyway so it's fine with me.

Post

Replika from last Christmas was also 64-bit only.

I think that was the start of NI going 64-bit only. Komplete Kontrol is the same.
