Take some meds and wait, stop spamming nonsense posts.
There is no reason to act this way and it de-rails this thread.

As others have advised you, just hang tight. You will get your license soon enough. I have a couple of their instruments. You are dealing with a legitimate company, but some things take time.

Also noticed the abrupt non zero crossings at the end of a note resulting in clicks , smooth vca doesn't otally get rid of this
I can't stop thinkng the plugin is just severely flawed in some areas , it totally misses that bark (accent )
Here's the famous Phuture acid pattern , first xhun , then abl3 ..

Still waiting btw;
I have made purchases from number of vendors over the years and yet this must be the only one that charged my ny cr, but ever provided the activation code within minutes…
4 hours and still waiting…

The Roland one has 5 playmodi in the sequencer ( forward, reverse, forward&reverse, invert, random). I browsed through the info quickly. Did not see this feature? It s one i like very much as it can completely change a sequence and also provide happy accidents. Would be great to have that.

Sounds great.

I installed it exactly as it said and for some reason it says not authorized on the gui and i can't get any sound out of it :?

Ok, to anyone waiting for the license sending - my apologies !

There was a (planned) energy black-out from 12:00 to 16:00 CET (in my geographic area).

Now everything is sent to the legit buyers - my apologies for the waiting time.

Yes, ZeroBox is not meant to be an exact 1:1 replica of the bassline : as I mentioned previously, just the internal components are preserved, but the "surroundings" have been extended to make it sound also like the subsequent basslines (which were also more versatile). For example (as reported in the manual) to get the tb-303 square wave, which was hardwired to 66% PWM, you have to adjust the SHAPE parameter (going from 50% to about 95%). You can get it, it just requires some hand-tuning.

Please, for installation/authorization topics, just take a full read at the manual. It doesn't take too long (2 min full reading). For help, fell free to email me but for this kind of things (personal licenses etc.) please avoid social media and public forums.

I am aware of the square wave mod’s
The point was that the accent sounds pretty strange

Thank you for your feedback gentleclockdivider,

on this specific aspect you mentioned, I'll take a look with the aim of further tuning.

To increase the versatilisy of the whole system, the cutoff knob freq range was extended in the low-end and consequently the accent operative range was extended too in the high-end. It should be a matter of finding the sweet spot with various parameters.

Anyway, thank you for this, it is a starting point for further improvements.

Ooops, other questions I forgot to answer :

- a license is always sent within 24h from the purchase - but usually, it requires just a bunch of minutes

- yes, the audio demo was made using presets from the factory library

Here's an example of the clicks , it's pretty annoying ( and a screenshot of the settings )

And another one

Also another bug ,when slide is enabled + some seq.shuffle , the slided steps are not processed correctly (due to the time shifting of the steps )

Had a moment to try it out a bit, especially when Cut/reso and env mod are set to the lowest setting it's very clicky. Add swing and distortion to hear it even better. VCA smoothing is on, but is not enough it seems.

Preset:
RPH-clickySwing.zip

I do like the sound when tweaking the parameters somewhat.

Hi,

the original had "clicking" (= very steep 0.7 ms attack time) - it is part of the "experience". :)

Anyway, it seems it could be smoothed further. I'm thinking about a knob for this, instead of a button... so anyone can tune it on his/her tastes.

So in general, I hope you like ZeroBox as a new bassline / acid companion :phones:

As I said before, there are several excellent emulations and clones out there, no conceit here to replace any exististing, excellent alternative from other Companies.

Not "in place of..." but "beside...".

True, there can never be enough 303's in our lives. :)

Yeah, a tuning knob for smoothing would be nice.
I once had a Xoxbox, long ago, can't remember how that one responded.
