The hairy waveforms are fantastic.

Great update. This is my favorite synth for making FM percussion. So fast to work with.

Happy to hear! :)

Just managed to push a new build (1.21) with a fixed macOS installer and two small bug fixes.
That was a very long outage of Apple's Notary service... But on the upside it was nice to address these bugs in the same update.

Post

Any chance of including support for Pitch Bend (+/- 12 semitones) for the CLAP plugin in FL Studio?
Either via an internal plugin setting or via the CLAP wrapper settings?

I can't download the latest update until next week - do we have window size saving now? If not, pretty please can we have it soon?

The CLAP version supports pitch bend via CLAP Note Expressions. I'm not sure if FL Studio supports that CLAP extension, but I think it should default to regular MIDI if it doesn't. Not sure if it's an FL thing or a me thing, I'll have to look into it.

The window size is stored in the session per instance (meaning that when you re-open your project the plugin should whatever size you set it to before saving), would be great to know if that doesn't work for you! But I'm assuming you're specifically asking about a global default? I can look into that for sure, I've gotten a few requests for it. :)

This is one more request for a global default size. Thank you.

Every time I log in to download an update, I’m reminded that my poor Opal license is still M4L-only. :(

Ok so I spent some time today working on a global size setting. The way I set it up is that you have an option in the UI menu called "set init" which sets the initial size to the current size– so when you open a new instance the default/initial size is the one you've defined yourself. This can be overriden by the session setting, e.g if you change the window size in a specific instance it'll use that value instead of the init size.

That makes sense to me, sometimes you might want to use a smaller size if you have multiple plugin windows open etc, but you can now change what size it defaults to when you open a new instance or recall a session where you haven't set a specific window size yourself.

Aiming for a 1.22 release next week. :–)

Great solution. Thanks.

I can't find any way to see a info screen that shows the plugin version number for Pivot. This is a bit of an issue because I'm having problems where VST3 version of Pivot doesn't display in Bitwig Beta 6.4 browser. I don't think this is a Fors issue because it shows in Bitwig 5 and the Clap version shows in Bitwig 6. But being able to see the version number would have been helpful in debugging. I sent a bug report to Bitwig.

It shows the version number very (very) quickly on the top right of the UI when you first open it, before fading out (in less than a second). Not sure if there's any other way of showing it

I thought it was a cruel prank. I spent a lot of time clicking on that spot after it faded out trying to open up what I thought would be a popup. Cruel, I say!
