Why are you trying to amp up and escalate a simple case of differing opinions? Now you are judging me as one of those. Figures.

Well, you are in that set, so...

In fairness I never judged you, I never got personal. If that should matter I dunno.

You are just kicking the proverbial can down the road.

Seluvis, you are good, of course. You brought lightheartedness to this thread and even gentleness and class in your dealings to perhaps bitterness from the dragon rabbit. Feel free to continue, if you want. I'm feeling a bit ashamed to have partaken in this thread at length due to the nature and tone of some/most of it.

Droctcsid also has the right attitude and posture in my opinion.

Stay true and strong gents, you are appreciated :tu:

I was challenging your philosophical viewpoint. I never got personal.

Cheers, I've previously purchased one of your superb Pad sound sets, great to hear from you in person.
Thanks very much.

You werent challenging anything. You asserted contradiction of a statement of mine by referring to a branch of mathematics, displayed zero comprehension of that branch of mathematics, ultimately got riled up by me identifying that lack of comprehension, and so resorted to playing victim with sillies about 'beef with you holding a point of view' and 'amp up over a simple case of differing opinions'.
I never got personal
.

Of course you did. You just thought you were being clever about it, until I pointed out that it was ironic. You taking it as personal ('beef') when it was redirected back at you is the acknowledgement of that.

youve got better reasons to be ashamed than that.

As I said before our philosophies differ, I have to be honest and say what I believe in, nothing about trying to be clever. I held a simple point of view that Red is an object. Since then you seem angry with me. Perhaps we should agree to disagree?

When you buy a TV do you own all of it? Here in the States they used to have a warning after sports programs about copying or duplicating was strictly prohibited. I'm sure the people with the newfangled VCRs did not care. I don't know, ROMs are basically instructions for sound, and I've seen these synths sampled and repackaged SO MANY TIMES. Best Service, Reason Refill, EXS, etc.

so you admit that although you referenced set theory, a branch of mathematics, in support of your assertions, your actual assertions were entirely 'point of view,' yes?

Everything I've ever posted here and elsewhere is from my point of view. Its not like I can blame a 3rd party, I have to live by my words. Btw prior to joining Kvr I used to think you were cool, having joined I am not so sure.

That's fine, as long as you say so. Just dont claim it as maths and hard logic when it isnt.

That's reasonable.
