Nope it wont be cracked!

I am sure Manuel and Rene would have done their homework! I have no doubt that this is gonna be rock solid and as tight as granite!

Unfortunately, yes. Especially with a synth with the kind of raget audience Avenger has. But then, maybe that isn't even too negative, considering the popularity Sylenth1 gained that way.

I know that sounds a bit harsh and rude, but, it is really very likely that warezed copies of this plugin will flood the filesharing sites pretty quickly. Unless VPS does it like Xfer, and regularly asks site owners to take the files off, and can be bothered with that kind of things.

A serial is a serial.

And unless you implement other methods, combined with the serial protection, it is very likely that it is easy to crack, at least from what i gathered about cracks 'n warez.

Diva, like the other u-he plugins isn't "just a serial".

But Diva was "cracked"? As well as other u-he plugis. At least I have seen them out there. Don't know how well cracked though.

Timed bomb. It's Urs strategy. Let the user use it for some time and then... "explosion". By that time the user is so used to the plugin that he generally decide to buy it.

It doesn't really matter if it's just a serial or not. As soon as 1 valid keyfile or serial leaks it is free 4 all. Same with u-he. Of course it is hard to crack the traditional way thanks to several mechanisms. But google for a serial and you will always find working ones even if some get blacklisted in future updates. Unfortunatley that's it.

When I bought Diva... all I had was just a serial to put in.. so from a legit user side easy hassle free installation.. easy setup.. one "simple" serial and that was it... obvoiusly if you tried to do it illegitimately.. a world of frustration after a while (boooom!) and then Urs ends up with a happy customer.

Another Strategy that seems to work well is what Splice has done with Serum to make it more accessible for people who wants to legitimately buy the plug but they couldn't buy it in one payment. I am sure that turned alot of warez users into legitimate customers who could now buy the plugin in monthly installments... just a thought... putting it out there as a suggestion?

I would guess someone who uses cracks, will continue to use a crack wherever possible. Money is money, cracks are free. (Sounds like a Dire Straight's song)
