When I'm in "Show composite track" mode and select multiple notes from different tracks to be copied to other places, unfortunately all of my selected notes are not copied.

I mean assume you have 3 tracks with some notes in each of them and you click on "Show composite track" and and select some of notes from those tracks and press Ctrl button and drag them to other places, unfortunately only the content of one track is copied and the contents of other 2 tracks are not copied. This happens in "Note Editing (F2 bottun)".

Check settings and see if the setting "inhibit selection in multiple tracks" is on.. settings-> Misc - > editing..

I did it but the problem isn't solved. Copying of notes from multiple tracks in "Show composite track" and "Note editing" has been selected, doesn't work fine. Only part of my selection is copied by pressing CTRL and mouse dragging.

The other issue in composite mode is that all of my settings (including note coloring, notes labels, showing or hiding phrase names, etc.) is being reset when I click CTRL+Z (undo) on my keyboard. The similar issue (related to exiting Composite mode by clicking CTRL+Z) has been resolved previously but this time the setting reset happens by CTRL+Z.

In one of my previous posts, I alluded to b6 interval absent in RC. Would it be available in next beta? Because b6 is more natural for some scales and chords.

I tested it in both situations. Didn't work.

Whatever I do in all of those situations I described, my intended copying and pasting of notes aren't satisfied. Note selections and copying them from different tracks in Composite mode doesn't work without error.

I select "color notes by track color" from the menu to see the notes of each track distinguishably, and then select notes from multiple tracks to be copied, copying occurs but the original materials are lost, it works like cutting not coping.

If after selecting the notes, I click any track, all the notes of different tracks become the members of that selected track that I don't want this, because the notes of all tracks are merged to one track that is not my intention. I want every note from every track to be in its own parent track.

The other thing RC doesn't save the state is switching between different editing modes. For example you suppose you're in "Note Editing" mode and turn off Envelopes so that not be displayed in the track, then you switch to "Phrase Editing" mode and then switch back to "Note Editing". As you can see Envelopes are displayed in all tracks again. Envelopes take lots of space on the monitor and displaying them every time makes it hard to manage the space for the tracks.

Another one I didn't find in RC is absolute note coloring. I mean for example note C is always green, no matter what chord or scale I choose.

Coloring in RC is dynamic, but if another option is available that notes' colors be static, it would be so good.

What version of RC are you using? Note coloring was added a while ago. Look in settings - > User Interface -> Chord coloring.

I'm using the last beta version on my other OS Windows 11.

Note coloring for all degrees has been added but they change according to in which degree they are in a chord.
For example the note C in the chord CM, is the first degree but in the FM chord is the fifth degree. This causes the color of note C changes in different chords that contain it. I want the color of every note to be fixed so that putting the notes in different chords and scales doesn't force their colors to be changed.

In other words, colors of notes are not fixed entity and dynamically change according to where they are put in a chord and scale. I want the colors of notes are no affected by anything.

RapidComposer v5.3b15 is available!

In the last beta version, editing of the guitar tab has been implemented. You need to explicitly enable editing in the track guitar settings, which will result rendering the phrase notes (removing all phrase and track variations).

Improvements:

• In Note Editing mode you can edit the notes in the guitar tab. You can add and remove notes, move notes to other strings, and change the pitch using the mouse wheel. Please report any issues you find

Can't drag a note up, but, will drag down a string. It won't drag higher than the string it's initially placed on.

The note velocity's are not visually removed when deleting, but, they go away if you close and re-open the CC view.

drag and drop stops working after enabling the edit.. (affects all tracks)
