Yeah, and I had it again and again (or whatever that was) plus my computer got the flu as well and I had to replace the motherboard as well as fix other parts... All more or less good now. :)

Sorry to hear you got that flu as well. :(

Hopefully no one will suffer from radiation sickness this year but I wouldn't vouch for it unfortunately. :hihi:

Eidenk, regarding DoverAudio, that's some list. There were about 15 I didn't even know existed.

I have sent mztk a list of the stuff I haven't been able to find on the net.
Hopefully we can lighten the load.

Theres a couple of versions of Conform. I won't waste space listing what I'm interested in, we'll cordinate out back.

mztk wrote:RBR: have you found a reliable solution to pattern chaining?
kinda stuck: keeps missing triggers at top of bar.
I don't know what that is? Like chaining step sequencers? If it's like a many to one, no I don't know how to chain those.

eidenk: sure, i'll go though what i have.

check out what someone did to their keyboard:

RBR: pattern-chaining, as in pattern one plays to
end, then switches to pattern two, etc. i've been
having a real problem trying to get this to work
reliably; after last step in pattern, it has to
trigger a reset and a 'pattern(patch)change', and
it all has to be there for the first step of 2nd
pattern, but it misses the change until 2nd step,
and plays the first step of the first pattern.
if u see wot i mean...

oh yeah...flexibeatsII...made me have a look at robobop, which
is a great old app..but the version i have doesn't allow saving
of complete project, only individual patterns..

was there a 'full' version? shareware, i guess. or does anyone
know of a freeware version that is unrestricted? it only does
16th notes, but has alt. timing signatures and its a cool midi
drumbox.
this isn' it;..

25bucks, but the demo exports midi files ;)

People have long wanted to run the Mac OS operating system on PC hardware, specifically on Intel and AMD architectures.
Count me right out. If I had wanted an apple, why would I buy a pear instead ?

I want the plugs from cubase SX 1 without reinstalling the entire soft :/

Ok, I understand mztk, hmm, using Ck counter indexing, you could clock the main one real slow and it'd play a sequence then go to another sequence.

Or for free, use EVM phrase arp from the Yahoo group, into some many to ones, off the top of my head it seems doable.

that sounds quite a crazy thing to try...
for another project :)

hold down keys, to trigger patterns, mmm...
could make for a mad breakbeat generator...
in fact, really trying to get something much
more basic: set up a sequence of patterns for
playback, nothing more. will be getting back to
that problem soon. if i can get it working reliably,
it opens up the way to other stuff.

btw, if anyone has copyright-free MIDI breaks and
patterns...;)
