OK, I'm a little annoyed, but only just a little.
I ordered Toxic III last night, and quickly received the registration code and download link. So far so good. No AU? No problem! Wrapped it up and it worked fine in Live.
I wanted to breeze through the manual to see if there was anything interesting that I might come across, but this never happened. The installer never supplied a manual, and I could find nowhere on the image line website where i could download one in pdf form. I searched through that grotesque support database and could find nothing relevant among all the FL questions. I don't think I've seen a single plugin in the past two years that didn't include *some* form of documentation.
I put in an email to support, and got the email back:
> I'm sorry, there is no pdf manual for Toxic III at the moment.
> Please use the online help function in the program for information.
Of course, the mac version doesn't include the online help functionality, so no i can't. It's the little things that often make a happy customer. I was just hoping that someone might take the 5 minutes it would take to create some basic documentation for us mac users.

You're right, we should have one. I'll see what can be done to get one as soon as possible.

Thanks, reflex. Toxic's a quality synth and i'm happy to see you guys have decided to release it for OS X. I'm mindful that this is the first product you guys are putting out on the mac platform and details like this are easily overlooked, so no worries

You can now find the manual pdf on the ToxicIII page here:
www.image-line.com
It will also be included in the installer for the next version.
