Multiple Governable values sent from one controller?

I'm trying to get a setup for live manipulation of the dubstep I make.

I'd like one controller to have midi values divided into several groups so that the speed of the lfo on my sytrus filter1 syncs to a predetermined value. fader value > Filter1 cutoff lfo speed (0>0, 1-20>1/8th beat, 21-40>1/6th beat, ect)

Much like the way the FPC has the velocity spread for which sample it plays. Could someone help me figure this out? I can do it in Reason4 with the combinator, so I know it's gotta be possible in FL.. I just can't figure it out :/
