Sounds like low detune and some pitch modulation...

solid track. not being an expert to me it sounds more like saw detuned patch (maybe 5th chord or something) layered with square sound. the key there is cutting and processing the actual sound. but this is what is beyond my knowledge. anyone could share some tips how they do it?
