Just found the SynprezFM II. I played with it a bit and it sounds good and is free.

Here's the description from the developer's website:
SynprezFM II is a Yamaha DX7 emulator (or should I say "tribute"?) that was developed under Linux first, then optimized for Android. It is freely available on Google Play in English, French and Spanish, with no advertisements.
It offers 1024 patches of various style sounds, and has a patch editor since version 2.0.1. The most interesting part lies within the sound engine, that reproduces with decent accuracy the rendering of the original instrument, given the same patches. It is able to generate 16 channels on machines of average power, and supports 6 operators and 32 algorithms. On large screens, it displays 2 independent keyboards.
Says that it loads sysex from the DX7 too.

It also have two arpeggiators which can be of good use especially if your device have too much latency.
