Audio triggered ADSR for audio volume?

Hi. I was wondering if there were any ADSR effects for shaping the volume of an audio signal? Something that's triggered by hearing each note you play, specifically for guitar.
Something like a swell effect, but with shaping abilities for the attack and decay.

There definitely were some Slow Gear clones, I think done in Synthedit, can't recall what they were, but I think Fretted Synth had one way back, might not be on his current site, if not you could try the wayback machine for that one- http://www.archive.org/web/web.php

You can achieve that with any Meldaproduction plugins that have modulators. Here's one example.

Having said that I'm not sure now. Basically if you can disable the effect but still have the main volume active, you can modulate that. I'm going to check now.
No I can't find a way with any of the creative bundle just now. I use MXXX beta which can do it, but it isn't available yet. Sorry, I didn't think that through properly.
The tremolo was a bad example aswell because it doesn't have the 4 assignable modulators that come with a lot of Melda plugins.
Edit: I got it to work with MWobbler by deactivating the filter modulation and then assigning a modulator to the filter output gain. The modulator was set to envelope mode triggered by audio from the sidechain. I'm not sure if there's a Melda plugin more suited to the task, but anyway, this is an option.

I think you want an envelope shaper. This type of effect is included in Logic and Cubase. For Ableton you could try K-Devices REF. As for VST there's Dyno from Stillwell Audio.
Wonder whether my advice worth a penny? Check my music at Soundcloud and decide for yourself.

Ah yes, an envelope shaper! That's what I want. I use Reaper so I can't use those. I'll try Dyno.Loki Fuego wrote:I think you want an envelope shaper. This type of effect is included in Logic and Cubase. For Ableton you could try K-Devices REF. As for VST there's Dyno from Stillwell Audio.

I'd like to make one when I get time, when I used hardware I had the Snarling Dogs Erogenous Moan effect, which manually swept volume and had a little click to simulate pick attack.
I took my midi envelope plugin and routed it to a vca, it sounds good already. Actually I could just take the compiled version and use it right now.
