Why is music such a headache?

Household chore's are one thing. But I thought I already surpassed all of my goals and now, what, I can't sit in front of the most comfortable screen on the most comfortable chair without the X-Men saving the world from my head? What's the logic in networking when networking, modulars, net forums and music are such a headache? Well I know I can stay behind locked doors at least. Is it self abuse to be proud of personal pinnacles? Or is it too many superhero movies? I mean really are they R rated is that the concept? It's an endless story X-men this X-men that.
