lets put it this way, i discovered here recently and quickly felt glad i didn't discover her sooner this was one of those rare artist where you know their work is going to be important to you in your life, because i probably wouldn't have been leveled up enough then recognize just how different and great her work is.

watch this video and maybe maybe you wont quite like it, and be like what the hell is wrong with this guy, but guaranteed two months time you will be hooked. like the people who comment on music videos on youtube—who all can't get over how good she is

BIG BOI of outkast says she is #1, when i first heard that I was like 'yeah, right" i didnt want to think she was very good, i saw this and irked me out, but in a haunting way so that i had to go look at it again later.

there's a documentary on youtube. and tori amos is there talking about pulling over her car and her life being forever changed when that song came on radio, it was pretty hard not to roll my eyes, but now that you've read this, it has already begun. you'll see what i mean. tori amos is exactly right. BIG BOI and her both are. everything i know about music tells me she might be one of the best of them

All time classic that echoes in your mind since hearing it as a child. I actually wonder how many people nowadays not only get it, but actually appreciate that she is what the term a music "artist" is actually about! It's a shame there's not many artists like this that actually break through nowadays.

I actually equate a lot of artists in Kates catergory; bowie, gabriel, bjork. Not that I particularly crave to listen to a lot of their music. None the less admire their talent.

oh that's an earlier one. its awesome how her appeal grew with her age instead of diminishing at all. and it may just be better than ever living a private life and releasing an amazing album every half decade or so. compare that to BITCH I'M MADONNA

From a very young age I wanted to have a deep and meaningful relationship with Kate. One where frequent sexual activity was the centerpiece of our union.
