Earlier this week, I purchased a couple of Rapid expansions, for whatever reason, they refuse to activate. I contacted support, he suggested a few things, I told him, none of that worked, it's now been almosst 3 days later, and I still can't use these expansions, they are x'D out with red.. All of my other expansions I bought from them in the past,work just fine..
After a few more emails, being rather pissed off,asking what else to try, it's dead, no replies..
Is this normal behavior from them now? I've had similar issues with activation's from them in the past, yet he was quick to respond.. Is there anyone else who has bought expansions from them, and have had issues?
Kind of weird, I spent a bit of coin on their patches, and have shown support,yet they don't wanna show the same back.. This is frustrating

I think I had a similar problem with a synth plugin once, and Cakewalk support said I have to run it as admin to get it to activate/authorize correctly.
It was Rapture or Dimension Pro, and it was Windows 11.
