NI Noire, Studio One, CPU Spikes - anyone else?

So I'm not sure if I am missing something, but I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue.

I have Native Instruments NOIRE and Kontakt 6, both latest versions. NOIRE is installed onto an M.2 Samsung SSD, and my system drive is also an SSD (SATA).

When I load NOIRE in Studio One 5.5 Pro, I get random CPU spikes that result in quick pops and cutoffs of notes. I don't have this happen in standalone mode for Kontakt, and it doesn't seem to happen in Cubase 10.5 Pro. So I'm trying to see if anyone else has this combo and has had issues, or if it's me?

Could it be that I need to rebuild the Noire library? Certainly not since it only seems to happen in that exact combo? I don't have the newest system or anything, but I don't have issues in general with this.

I can reach out to the appropriate devs if needed. Just trying to see if it is reproduceable for somebody else, or if it's my system.
